Trail King Advantage Plus sliding-axle trailers can even load disabled equipment with ease

The Advantage Plus TK80SA and TK110SA hydraulic sliding-axle trailers from Trail King have carrying capacities of 80,000 pounds and 100,000 pounds respectively. The 20,000-pound winch, which comes with winch guard, can load disabled equipment with ease. A recessed roller at the front of the deck and a skid plate on the slope of the upper deck protect both the winch cable and the deck during loading and unloading, while the perimeter frame delivers maximum strength and stability. The design also includes an undercarriage to protect air lines when the trailer is in the transport position.

A control pad for hydraulic and air functions is located on the driver side. A full function remote is standard equipment. The front access panel offers easy access for connecting hydraulic, air and electrical lines and a lockable side access toolbox is standard. Dual-side hydraulic controls and top access with a gas shock are optional.

As the axles travel, the deck rides securely on four-inch-wide rollers that are centred on the main beams, preventing flange damage common in offset designs. A flexible chain track encases and protects travelling air and electrical lines.

Two-way tie downs (with optional stake pockets below) on all main beams and four-way slots in the 3/8-inch high-strength smooth steel approach plate provide almost limitless tie down options. The deck is double-screwed to all cross members to prevent cupping.

I-beams are constructed of one-piece web and flange material and welded on all four sides to seal and protect the seams from rust. The entire trailer is primed and painted before decking and air, hydraulic, and electrical lines are installed.

The side-by-side two-stage cylinders are in the closed position during transport, so the cylinder piston rods are protected from road grime and debris. Easy access grease points in the tail channel and along the sides of the trailer make greasing the entire trailer a convenient process. The bumper tail channel provides required under-ride protection while the trailer is in transport position. Bumper travels with wheel area as it is positioned to allow the deck to be lowered to a low 6.5-degree loading position. A three-light package is standard. Strobe light is optional.
