Roadtec introduces the SX-2e as the latest addition to the stabilizer-reclaimer product line. The SX-2e is a smaller machine that features a tractor towed cutter housing for increased maneuveribility.
The SX-2e cutter system will include a high efficiency hydrostatic drum drive. A standard 50” (1,270mm) diameter cutter drum will allow the machine to achieve a cut depth of 18” (457mm) and a cut width of 78” (2,000mm).
The SX-2e will be powered by a Cummins QSL-9 380 hp (283 kW) Tier 4 final engine. An injection system for water or emulsion, and a fully enclosed cab with A/C and heat are optional components available for this machine.
