The new Terex Cedarapids CRJ3750 portable jaw plant offers high production and numerous options
The new Terex Cedarapids CRJ3750 plant combines a large 37” x 50” (940 x 1270mm) JS Series jaw crusher with a high stroke, 52” x 20’ (1321 x 6096mm) vibrating grizzly feeder resulting in a high production portable crushing machine. The CRJ3750 is built tough, including a new hopper design, to handle severe primary crushing applications. The highly mobile plant is easy to operate and maintain and offers new levels of reliability and convenience. The JS Series jaw crusher features the latest improvements such as wedge release jaw dies and hydraulic assist jaw crusher settings. The jaw crusher isolation mounts reduce plant vibration. The tail of the product conveyor lowers for operation, maximizing clearance under the jaw crusher. Multiple options are available, allowing customers to configure the plant to meet specific needs. Options include a rock breaker, folding hopper wings, hydraulic jacks, hydraulic deployed switchgear, and quad or 3+1 axle configurations.
Ed Sauser, Product Manager at Terex Minerals Processing Systems states, “The new CRJ3750 portable jaw plant was developed with input from numerous customers. The plant includes many features that simplify maintenance. We also designed in many options, including a boom mounted rock breaker, so the plant can be configured to meet customer’s needs.”
