New Backshell Option Available for DEUTSCH HDP20 Series Connectors

LADD Distribution, has announced the release of TE Connectivity’s new DEUTSCH HDP20 Series wide threaded adaptor (L024 modification) and backshells. 

HDP20 Series connectors fitted with the L024 modification work with TE’s new and wider DEUTSCH screw on rugged thermoplastic backshells. When compared to other backshell styles, the new L024 modification and wider backshells significantly increase the serviceability of the connectors by providing easier access to the rear grommet, making contact insertion and removal easy. The L024 modification and backshells are available for size 24 or size 18 HDP20 connector shells and offer an increased level of protection from harsh conditions, provide strain relief, and improve aesthetics for a professional finished look.
