The Hartl Performance Skid is a highly flexible remote controlled drive unit and docking station for all hydraulic processing attachments, such as bucket crushers, screeners, shredders, etc. It optimizes the production rates of the attachments and offers high energy efficiency and minimal operating costs.
The new patented development is a real game changer in the world of mobile processing. In combination with the successful HARTL Bucket Crusher this mobile crushing solution approaches the performance of track-mounted crushers. The crushing unit can be detached from the skid frame and mounted on the excavator boom for “solo” jobs.
Advantages of the Performance Skid in combination with a bucket crusher:
1) Improved performance:
The Bucket crushers are ideal in many situations. However, the continuous crushing action in combination with the skid nearly doubles the performance of the excavator by eliminating the “boom swing cycle”.
2) Adjustable height:
As attached to an excavator with the Performance Skid, the discharge height of the crusher can now be adjusted. Customers processing reinforced concrete, concrete slabs or ties will be particularly pleased. Low ceiling and cramped spaces such as underground coal mines can benefit from this advancement.
3) Tipping function (crusher bucket purge function):
No more lengthy blockages inside the crusher because of the tipping function that is operated by pressing a button on the remote control.
The Hartl Performance Skid is available along with the HBC 950 Crusher featuring an inlet opening of 37 x 21 inches (950 x 525 mm). The unit can be easily transported with a hook lift truck.
Hartl modular solution
The HARTL Modular Solution consists of several processing modules, that can be combined according to the needs of the customer. A typical layout for the recycling of concrete with rebar to gain three defined aggregates includes the following modules:
Performance Skid containing a bucket crusher, banana conveyor belt with magnet tower to sort out all metals, and two-deck screening plant with three conveyor belts. The whole plant is electric.
The modular solution can be used for processing natural rock or recycling. The modules are compact and can be transported and set up easily. High transport cost with flatbed trucks and special permits is a thing of the past.
