Fecon's the Tier 4 compliant FTX150 Mulching Tractor delivers 150 net horsepower for proven performance in a versatile, fuel-efficient, compact design. This low-ground-pressure (3.8 psi) tractor features a BH85SD Bull Hog Mulcher with either an FGT or a DCR style rotor. An aggressive 60 gpm, 5,000 psi high flow hydraulic system, with in-cab adjustability with presets, powers the mulcher or other optional attachments like a Tree Shear, Stumpex, Grapple Bucket, Root Rake, Rotary Deck Mower, Dirt Bucket, and attachments requiring high-flow hydraulics or low-flow auxiliary hydraulics.
Fecon Power Management ensures the intelligent distribution of power, yielding up to 20 percent more productivity in many environments. With 150 net horsepower the FTX150 is long on power yet is surprisingly stingy on fuel consumption at just 5.5 gallons per hour average fuel consumption. It is ideal for lot clearing, vegetation management, R.O.W. and maintenance of way clearing, landscaping and more.
The cab is equipped with adjustable joystick pods, a suspension seat and four points of egress for operator comfort, convenience and safety. An intuitive touchscreen monitor allows operator to quickly make quick adjusts as needed without leaving the cab.
A rugged and dependable Cummins 4.5 Tier 4 engine is easily accessible through large doors for daily service checks and cleaning as well as periodic scheduled maintenance. A swing out hydraulic cooler allows for complete cleaning on both sides of the cooler.
Like its predecessor the FTX128, this new model provides excellent productivity in mulching and easy use for other auxiliary attachments. Rugged loader arms with skid-steer quick attach offer optimal positioning for a variety of attachments. Operators can work high, low, and even over banks with great reach and tilt angles and excellent visibility.
