VMAC has been recognized again as a Best Workplace in Canada for 2021 by Great Place To Work.
To be considered for the Best Workplaces in Canada list, organizations must first be Great Place To Work certified. Then, employees must complete a comprehensive anonymous survey, and agree over an array of criteria that their workplace is in fact a ‘great place to work'. Finally, an in-depth review of the organization's culture is conducted.

In the last year, VMAC has demonstrated a commitment to coworker health and safety, helping coworkers cope with the global pandemic. Health and safety measures were implemented early on, including re-designing workspaces, ongoing work-from-home options, rigorous cleaning protocols, and a focus on coworker mental health support services and education.
