The JCB AJ48D articulated boom, part of JCB's mobile elevated work platform (MEWP) range, was a highlight at the American Rental Association (ARA) Show. The machine is powered by a Tier 4 Final JCB by Kohler Diesel engine, with a load capacity up to 551lb, enough for two occupants plus tools and 48 ft 4 in of lift height.
Both base and platform controls offer a user-friendly layout with function speed control for operator ease-of-use and stable operation. The machine is equipped with the same components that have proven durability on JCB construction equipment.
