Rototilt plans to increase recruitment efforts after successful 2021

Rototilt has continued to show strong results through high sales. In order to meet the high order demand, Rototilt has planned to further recruitment opportunities.

Despite the pandemic, 2021 was the best year in the company's history, both in terms of sales and profitability.

"We are seeing an extremely strong period of growth going forwards as well, and that obviously feels great. This is a result of the hard work by a great many people," said Per Väppling, Rototilt sales and marketing manager.

Rototilt has invested in a brand new factory in Vindeln, at a cost of SEK 160 million, was based on the strong demand for machines with smart functions. The company has anticipated a continued strong period of growth going forward, with further investment projects that will increase capacity.

Two new CNC machines arrived at the start of February, and are in the process of being installed. The additional machines will help to increase Rototilt's capacity and provide an even more optimized manufacturing process.

"2021 was marked by very high levels of activity, and this is paving the way for future investments. It is pleasing to note that we are continuing to increase sales significantly, and we have developed our offering during the year by establishing the brand on new export markets. The fact that more people are opting for Rototilt's solutions is a result [of] us continually developing our offering of tiltrotator systems," said Per Väppling.

Rototilt has recruited some 20 new employees during 2021 and currently has 290 employees. Rototilt is planning further new recruitment in 2022, both within production and white-collar workers.

Rototilt was named Career Company of the Year. This recognition is awarded annually to the 100 most attractive employers in Sweden. Rototilt has also seen an increase in positive employee surveys.
