Doosan launches new line of next-generation mini excavators in North America
Doosan Infracore North America has launched its new line of next-generation -7 Series mini excavators in the United States and Canada. The initial launch includes four models with more mini excavators to come. The first four excavator models include the zero tail swing DX27Z-7, DX35Z-7, and DX50Z-7, as well as the reduced tail swing DX55R-7. These mini excavators also have, for the first time on Doosan mini excavators, a standard telematics system available.

Navistar updates medium-duty vehicle series with snowplow capabilities
Navistar's medium-duty International MV Series has been updated to support snowplow applications. The redesigned truck now offers a chassis configuration specifically focused on plows as well as improved packaging for easy integration. Safety and uptime enhancements are also included. The design allows for multiple configurations including hose reel and winch applications.

Volvo CE expands wheel loader productivity software features with new weighing modes
Volvo CE has expanded its wheel loader productivity software, Load Assist, with new functions. The update includes new modes within the On-Board Weighing app, the Operator Coaching Advanced app, and the Quick Tips feature. Load Assist is a suite of apps operated by the Volvo in-cab display. One of the popular apps is On-Board Weighing which has been updated to include two new weighing modes: a simplified mode and a low load mode.

Sunbelt Rentals orders 700 Ford electric pickup trucks to help electrify on-road fleet
Sunbelt Rentals has expanded its electric on-road fleet with the order of 700 Ford F-150 Lightning trucks. The purchase of the trucks will contribute to Sunbelt Rentals' goal of reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emission intensity by 35 percent by 2030. With the purchase, Sunbelt Rentals will also purchase and install Level 2 wall-mount chargers at employee homes for more efficient charging. With a fully charged battery and 1,000 pounds of payload, the Ford Lightning is expected to cover 230 miles between charges.

LBX appoints Mike Reynolds as vice president and chief financial officer
LBX Company has promoted Mike Reynolds to vice president and chief financial officer. Reynolds joined LBX in 2013 as the corporate controller. In 2017, he became human resources director and was promoted in 2020 to senior director of operations and administration. With 14 years of prior experience in manufacturing and six years of corporate administration experience, Reynolds has held several key management roles in his career.
