Doosan ships company's first crawler dozer to North America
Hyundai Doosan Infracore (HDI) has shipped the first DD100 Doosan dozer. The dozer is targeted at the North American market. Mass production of the Doosan DD100 will begin in June 2022 and will launch in North America in the third quarter. The DD100 features a Doosan engine with ideal maintenance access points and does not require the use of a diesel particulate filter to meet current emission standards.

New Epiroc drill rig decreases consumable parts consumption by 30 percent
Epiroc's new Boomer S10 S drill rig provides ideal precision in drilling and offers cost savings throughout the drilling cycle. The drill rig's cost savings come in terms of wear and tear of rock drilling tools, spare parts, and other consumables. The Boomer S10 S decreases the consumption of consumable parts by 30 percent while lowering maintenance costs by 12 percent when compared to traditional jumbo drill rigs.

CM Labs Simulations has issued a new software release for its construction simulator training packs. This new release is designed to boost trainee engagement by featuring heightened visuals, greater training immersion, and increased learning retention. The new graphics, in conjunction with CM Labs' machine simulation, help to further reduce the gap between classroom training and the job site.

John Deere makes several senior leadership position changes
Deere & Company has elected Ryan Campbell as president of worldwide construction & forestry and power systems. Campbell is succeeding John Stone, who has elected to leave the company. Deere has also elected Raj Kalathur as the company's chief financial officer. He will retain his present duties for John Deere Financial and have continued oversight of information technology.

Volvo Days 2022 showcases electric equipment and productivity solutions
Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) will use the return of Volvo Days to highlight Volvo's solutions in the areas of sustainability and electromobility.
