The first compact track loaders from Yanmar Compact Equipment for the North American market have rolled off the production line, the culmination of a four-year research and development process to expand the manufacturer's compact machine offerings.
The TL100VS is one of four sizes of compact track loader to come from Yanmar along with the TL65RS, TL75VS, and TL80VS, ranging from 67 to 103.5 horsepower. The loaders are a good fit for midsize to heavy-duty work, Yanmar says, and with durable bar-tread tracks, Tier 4 Final engines, and convenient serviceability, they offer a comprehensive package with good return on investment.
Yanmar leveraged more than 100 years of industry expertise and reliability in the development and manufacturing of the new CTLs, which are a sign that Yanmar is emerging as a comprehensive compact equipment solutions provider for is dealers, fleet customers, and individual operators in construction, utility, and rental.
"It's immensely satisfying to see these first machines roll off the line," said Matt Deloglos, VP of Commercial, Yanmar Compact Equipment North America. "Our team has worked tirelessly towards this goal for the last four years with designing, testing and manufacturing these machines as well as getting the plant and our team ready to launch these products."
The TL100VS and its fellow CTLs will carry on Yanmar's commitment to performance, efficiency, technology, and reliability, the company states. The new machines flesh out the Yanmar compact equipment lineup, which also includes mini excavators, compact wheel loaders, and tracked carriers.
The remaining three new CTLs will begin production later in 2024.
