The Komatsu WX11 LHD is a powerful 11-tonne machine that offers higher breakout force and payload for higher productivity and a lower total cost of ownership.

An underground load, haul, and dump solution, the WX11 integrates next-generation data management capabilities, operator ergonomics, and intuitive controls. It is designed for easy operation, high performance, and ground-level maintenance.

The WX11 weighs 77,750 pounds and is powered by a 280-horsepower engine. Engine certifications available include Canmet, MSHA, EPA Tier 3/EU Stage IIIA and EPA Tier 4F/EU Stage V.

Komatsu says that the WX11 provides a payload boost of 8 to 10 percent over other machines in the 11-tonne class. Breakout force and operator visibility are improved. The machine features adjustable ride control and onboard telemetry.

The WX11 includes a number of features specific to the platform. It has new heavy-duty hard rock Komatsu axles with SAHR brakes, Komatsu cylinders and accumulators, swing-out radiator assemblies for quick washdowns, optimized kinematics for breakout and tilt force, and new engineered structures to support the additional 10 percent payload capacity.
