New cone crusher and upgrade packages among highlights for Metso at World of Asphalt/AGG1

Metso will introduce a number of new products during World of Asphalt/AGG1 including a cone crusher, upgrade packages for existing crushers, horizontal screens, and more.

The latest unit in the Nordberg HPe series of crushers is the HP350e cone crusher, which is engineered to meet the varying and constantly increasing performance needs of aggregates and mining operations. It offers enhanced performance, easier and safer maintenance, and a series of other improvements.

The HPe series crushers are also available as Nordplant Pre-Designed Crushing Modules. These modules allow convenient all-in-one delivery with quick assembly for replacing crushing stations or in new quarries.

Also being introduced is the first HPe series crusher on tracks. The Lokotrack LT200HPX is equipped with a Nordberg HP200e cone crusher and a two-deck pre-screen with up to 40 percent higher capacity than the LT200HP.

HPe upgrade packages are also being made available. These packages let existing HP crusher owners benefit from the HPe benefits, such as wider application coverage with new no-backing chambers, increased uptime, and higher throughput.

The new TSE series scrfeen is a high-performance horizontal screen used for wet or dry applications in coarse or fine screening. It can handle feed sizes up to 10 inches and openings up to 3 inches. The unit's compact but robust design allows for high-energy elliptical motion up to 6 g. The unit is well suited for heavy-duty construction.

New wear parts, including chamber solutions for Nordberg HP cone crushers and C series jaw crushers, are designed to help improve uptime and crushing performance. Wear parts for third-party crushers are also being made available.

Metso will also show Metso Metrics, a cloud-based telematics solution with 24/7 access to all critical machine data from web-enabled devices. Recently added, Production Tracker is an optional add-on that provides mass flow information on the Lokotrack conveyor. Customers can integrate Metrics data into their process management systems seamlessly thanks to Metrics' external API.
