John Deere and Trimble Loadrite Introduce Integration of LOADRITE L2180 Scale with John Deere WorkSight
Wheel Loader Production Data Can Be Viewed Remotely in JDLink to Boost Loader Productivity
John deere along with Trimblehave announced the integration of the LOADRITE™ L2180 payload scale for John Deere four-wheel-drive loaders with the JDLink™ Ultimate telematics system – part of the John Deere WorkSight suite of business optimization solutions. Scale integration with JDLink gives quarry and aggregate operations instant access to production information in real time through their JDLink Ultimate online interface. JDLink Ultimate enables remote analysis of this production information to help increase loading efficiency and track material movement for improved profitability.
Integration with the JDLink Ultimate interface and the LOADRITE L2180 includes information such as total bucket loads, trucks loaded, and totals by material in addition to other JDLink data. The LOADRITE L2180 for John Deere system has a separate monitor in the cab and accommodates an optional printer for outputting load tickets or end-of-shift reports in the field.

With machine data from the four-wheel-drive loader and payload data from the LOADRITE L2180 scale now available in a single interface, managers can easily optimize loading performance.
The LOADRITE L2180 for John Deere scale is available now on all 444K-844K models. Additionally, all Z-Bar and High-Lift K-Series Loaders shipped by John Deere will be pre-wired for simple installation of the LOADRITE L2180 system.
