Kleemann compact impact crusher enables diesel or electric operation in tight spaces

Kleemann has launched the new compact NEO mobile impact crusher line in North America. The company says that flexibility, sustainability, quality, and simplicity are at the core of this machine.

The MOBIREX MR 100(i) can operate in tight spaces and applications due to its low transport weight and compact dimensions. Operations can range from the processing of concrete, rubble, and asphalt to the processing of soft to medium-hard natural stone. 

Operators can utilize an all-electric E-DRIVE free of CO2 emissions with the MR 100(i) NEOe. In addition, the machine is also available with the diesel-direct D-DRIVE. 

The MOBIREX MR 100(i) NEO contains an optional single-deck secondary screening unit with a four-square-metre screening surface. A four-ledged rotor with a large impact range provides options to produce a classified final grain size. An optional wind sifter can be added on.

SPECTIVE allows operators to quickly receive all relevant data and troubleshooting aids to assist with service and maintenance.

The NEO class also offers unique features such as the fully automatic crusher gap adjustment and zero-point determination.
