Priestly Demolition has added two new vice presidents to the PDI Executive team: Connie Clearwater as the new vice president of marketing, communications, and business development, and Justin Olthof as vice president of sales and estimating.

Upon their appointment, the executive team declared their confidence both Clearwater and Olthof will drive the company's overall growth and long-term strategic goals together. The new vice presidents are consolidated leaders, having had a significant role in the company's market growth over the past years.

Connie Clearwater

Connie Clearwater specializes in creative concept development, strategic marketing, brand strategy, and business development. Prior to joining the PDI team in 2021, Connie ran a successful graphic design and branding studio for 17 years, where her client portfolio ranged from top industrials and global corporations, to leading national brands, government agencies, start-ups, and not-for-profit associations.

Justin Olthof

Justin Olthof started his career with PDI as a summer student in 2011, while studying finance. During that time, he learned about the demolition industry under the mentorship and guidance of Ryan and Brian Priestly.

In 2012, Justin was hired as an estimator, playing a key role in the expansion of PDI's portfolio of projects in Ontario. Ten years later, in 2021, Justin was promoted to chief estimator and has since led the estimating team on a number of large, award-winning projects, helping to drive PDI's growth across Canada and the USA.
