Screencore will attend the AED Summit in 2025 for the first time to expand its distributor network. "We have put in place a first class team of dealers and distributors throughout the U.S., but there are still gaps. We want to ensure that our customers can acquire or rent the Screencore line whenever they have a need for an ultra-modern crusher, screen, or stockpiling solution," says Ciarán Ryan, director of Screencore, about the company's plans for the summit.

The Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) is an international trade association that represents companies involved in the distribution, rental, and support of heavy equipment for industries such as construction, mining, forestry, power generation, agriculture, and industrial applications.

"We believe that one of the best places to meet distributors who would be keen to embrace our technologically advanced equipment ranges, and the benefits they can deliver to their customers, will be at the 2025 AED Summit in Orlando, Florida," explained Ryan.

The AED Summit serves to bring together professionals in equipment distribution to network, explore cutting-edge technologies, and gain insights into market trends and business strategies through educational sessions about screening, crushing, and materials-handling industries across the U.S.

Solutions feature at the the AED Summit

Screencore will highlight its stockpiler range at the summit, featuring units from 40 feet to 100 feet long. These stockpilers come equipped with dump hoppers, vibrating grids, radial wheels, high-speed augers, and various power options.

One of the key features of these models is the Dual-Power format, which offers significant advantages, including lower fuel consumption, reducing customers' cost per ton. The tracked stockpilers, when equipped with Screencore's unique Dual-Drive functionality, can be paired with crushers or screens and run on as little as a quarter gallon of fuel per hour.

As inflation continues to affect operating costs, Screencore's stockpilers provide an efficient, cost-effective solution for material handling, helping customers save on fuel and reduce overall expenses.

In the past 18 months, Screencore has expanded its already extensive product range, including the latest developments in its track-mounted jaw crushers, Trident screens, stackers, stockpilers, and other new products.

"Earlier this year we introduced the Screencore Trident 125 Hi-Stak. It combines the benefits of a modern heavy-duty primary screen with the obvious benefits of an 80-foot stacker," says Ryan. "Essentially, customers get two machines in one, resulting in substantial fuel savings, and the elimination of the need for double-handling end-product."

Screencore offerings at the AED Summit will include:

  • Complete tracked and wheeled stockpiler range
  • Scalping screens
  • Dual-power jaw crushers
  • Tracked pugmill
  • Tracked two-bin blender
  • Tracked trommels
  • Stationary systems
