Genie has reimagined and upgraded its Tech Pro Training to deliver a more modern, enhanced user experience that is designed to make it easier for users to learn the technical skills they need for success operating Genie lift equipment.

"Genie's goal is to make the experience better for users while expanding their knowledge and skill sets to further their career," says Luca Minelli, manager for Genie Global Learning Experience.

The new training site includes a refreshed look, as well as individual learning plans, progress dashboards and reports, and badges to help users track their progress through training. This data-driven approach helps users see their improvements in real time, motivating them to continue to advance their technical expertise, says the company.

A growing course catalogue

This first phase of training includes technical courses such as engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics. Users can also review machine and model types. As demand grows, Genie will continue to expand its course catalogue with more specialized and advanced topics, encouraging trainees to stay ahead of industry advancements.

To access the new tool, users will need to create a new log-in to access the learning experience llatform and purchase the individual course or courses of interest to them. Once purchased, the individual will continue to have access to that course, and their progress, via their login.
