DICA expands angle-adjustable outrigger pad product line to four sizes
New LevelRight outrigger pads provide concrete pump truck operators with more options to achieve level set-up on uneven ground
First introduced in 2024, the LevelRight pad was designed as a useful solution for concrete pump truck operators working on uneven terrain. DICA, a provider of high-performance outrigger pads and ground protection products, has now expanded its LevelRight outrigger pad product line to four sizes: 12-inch, 24-inch, 30-inch, and 35-inch.
"Besides the risk of tipping, an out-of-level concrete pump truck can cause operational inefficiencies and increased wear on equipment," says Kris Koberg, CEO of DICA. "LevelRight simplifies the set up process, eliminating the need for wedges, digging, or shovelling. With this expansion, concrete pump truck operators can achieve a level set-up regardless of the equipment's size."
Adjustable angles for larger outrigger floats
The new pads are designed to maintain the same high standards of durability, ease of use, and safety as the originals. With the ability to adjust angles up to 10 degrees in multiple planes and support rated capacities of up to 350,000 pounds, the expanded line is engineered to provide operators with an efficient and reliable solution for achieving a safe and level set-up on challenging terrain.
LevelRight is made from DICA's durable SafetyTech material and features its proprietary SafetyTexturing for enhanced grip. The built-in bubble level ensures precise adjustment and the expanded sizes can accommodate larger outrigger floats and other specialized equipment requirements. LevelRight can also be used as a base for DICA's ProStack Cribbing Blocks to provide extra height while ensuring the cribbing set-up remains level.
