Cat celebrates its centennial with limited edition machines
A range of machines will be available with the latest technologies and painted a limited edition grey colour
In honour of its 100th anniversary, Caterpillar released new limited edition machines available for purchase through select dealers around the world.
Along with the latest machine technologies that contractors have come to expect, the limited edition models feature a custom centennial grey paint scheme to recognize the original colour of Caterpillar's first products.
Models available in the limited edition colour
Contractors can get up close and personal with the limited edition machines at select centennial celebrations and tradeshows.
Depending on availability, models in centennial grey include:
- Compact, small and medium wheel loaders
- Backhoe loaders
- Skid-steer loaders
- Compact track loaders
- Small and medium track-type tractors
- Mini, small, medium, and large excavators
- Motor graders
The models will also have special markings denoting 100 years in business and a commemorative interior plate. The models are available in North and South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
