SANY debuts compact track loader built for North American markets

SANY Heavy Industry engineered its newest compact track loader to meet the needs of European and American markets. The ST230V addresses key infrastructure challenges in these regions, offering a solution to the increasing constraints of land use and the escalating costs of labour. Ideal for both small-scale and large operations, the ST230V can be used in tight spaces where traditional equipment may be too large. 

Addressing core needs in Europe, the U.S., and Canada

• Adaptability in North America: The ST230V is designed to operate in all-seasons. It's equipped with a wood chipper and snowplow to handle a range of tasks, including farm operations, snow removal, and road maintenance. The versatile capabilities allow this machine to be used in municipal services across the U.S. and Canada.
• Tailored for European markets: A key feature is the 360-degree steering for manoeuvring in narrow alleyways and tight spaces which pairs with the optional low-noise electric attachment for strict EU environmental regulations.

Efficiency through upgraded technology

• The Modular Quick-Change System: The ST230V has the ability to rapidly change between 12 different attachments—including cold milling machines and sweepers—in just 20 seconds. SANY notes that this technology is meant to reduce down time and combat high labour costs associated with idle equipment. 
• Hydraulics performance: The 120L/min flow rate and 53.7kW power output ensures that high-intensity tasks, such as de-icing in North America and hard pavement crushing in Europe, is possible.

SANY delivers hands-on service for contractors 

The ST230V meets the strict CE and EPA Tier 4 Final emission standards and incorporates an anti-tipping control system developed at SANY's North American R&D centre. With support infrastructure, including six regional parts centres across Germany and the U.S., and 24-hour multilingual call service, the ST230V guarantees a response within four hours.

Every SANY machine is backed by a warranty, but sometimes the unexpected occurs. If a contractor needs servicing within their warranty, any local SANY dealer is ready with an expertly trained team of technicians. The team will come to the contractor — up to a 300-mile (482-km) roundtrip service call — and get equipment back on the job quickly.
