About Us

As we add more people to our planet and create more goods, we're driving a seemingly never-ending stream of waste. Solid wastes from industrial processes turn into toxic mountains on the horizon. The materials we rely on to build our critical infrastructure are carbon intensive, meaning the more we build, the more carbon dioxide goes into the atmosphere. How can we reduce this polluting waste? How can we reduce all this waste?

What if instead of being the problem, waste was the solution? What if we transformed waste into feedstocks, circulating these materials into stronger, cleaner and more sustainable products? At Carbon Upcycling we believe the materials we consider waste today are sustainable feedstocks for tomorrow. And we're making it happen by utilizing CO2. Our novel technology platform uses carbon dioxide emissions from any industry, combined with natural materials or industrial wastes—from coal plants, steel plants, glass manufacturing and more—to unlock new materials with improved performance and lower emissions.

At Carbon Upcycling, we're harnessing the power of carbon—as carbon dioxide—to make the materials around us more sustainable. Our technology enables local, abundant and low emissions production of some of the most common materials on the planet, like cement, plastics, consumer products, fertilizers, and even pharmaceuticals.

At Carbon Upcycling, we're creating the technology to reuse everything.
