HDS-S

On a foot print of 17 m² the smallest machine in the Doppstadt range of sink-float separation processes between 10 and 20 m³ per hour depending on the input material. The stationary machine comes with an integrated control cabinet and can be put into operation quickly and easily via Plug and Play. It consists of a water bath for density separation, a discharge conveyor for the floating fraction and a screw conveyor for the heavy fraction. A propeller creates an upwards directed flow similar to the other machines in the HDS series, so that the density cut of the separation can be optimized.
