The RP-2505 is a powerful 8’ (2.5m) steel-tracked paver built to operate with a high density dual tamper bar screed. Visibility, maintenance access, and operator comfort highlight the RP-2505. The dual ComfortDrive™ operator stations can move hydraulically beyond the sides of the machine for excellent visibility. The standard FXS™ fume extraction system draws the fumes from the rear auger and away from the operator area. The versatile RP-2505 is capable of paving roller compacted concrete as well as asphalt pavements.
Features & Benefits
FRAME
All Roadtec pavers start with an extremely strong frame completely fabricated, welded, and assembled by us. This gives us complete control over the design and quality of the build.
HYDRAULIC PUMPS
All Roadtec pavers use Saur Danfoss® Series 90 hydraulic pumps for material feed and propel. These pumps allow the entire hydraulic circuit to run extremely cool which prolongs the life and lowers the maintenance cost of the components.
STEEL TRACKS
11.8" (300mm) wide steel tracks with durable polyurethane track pads provide excellent maneuverability, traction, and weight distribution.
COOLING PACKAGE
A low noise, variable speed, hydraulically driven fan provides cooling for the machine based on engine load for increased fuel economy.
TTS 2550 DUAL TAMPER SCREED
TTS 2550 is an 8’4” (2.55m) hydraulically extendable screed with integral rear mounted extensions that allow a maximum paving width of 16’8” (5.1m).
